Hot Chocolate Coffee

Hot Chocolate Coffee

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons hot chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon wiener melange powder
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 50 milliliters milk
- 250 milliliters hot water
- whipped cream *additional*

If you're here with celiac disease, make sure your powders are gluten free! Most brands are but I know some are not, so READ the ingredients!

Directions:
1) Put both powders, the sugar and the milk in your cup/mug.

2) Slowly pour in the hot water and stir well so everything will be mixed nicely and the powders won't leave clumps.

3) Put the whipped cream on top! *additional*

I really hope you enjoy this 'personalized' version of hot chocolate as much as I do! Feel free to play around with the recipe a bit to adjust it to your personal taste.

Oven Baked Pasta (ham & cheese)

Oven Baked Pasta (ham & cheese)
serves four

Ingredients:
300 gram pasta (shells)
1 tablespoon butter
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
200 grams (raw) cubed ham
150 milliliters cooking cream
1 egg
100 gram grated cheese (or 150 if you like cheese)

You will also need a baking dish greased with butter so the pasta won't stick and will come out easily instead when plating up!

Directions:
1) Cook the pasta like instructed on the packaging. Drain it with cold water and set aside for now.

2) Preheat the oven to 200ºC / 392ºF.

3) Heat the butter in a pan and add the onions. Bake this on low temperature for about 5 minutes. Add the seasoning as well as the ham after those 5 minutes and bake for another minute. Then pour in the cooking cream and wait until it boils/bubbles start forming.

4) Crack the egg in a cup and add some pepper and salt to your liking.

5) Mix the pasta, the egg, the cream with ham & onion and half of the cheese in the oven dish (MIX WELL!). Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the pasta.

6) Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

I hope you like this recipe as much as I do, because it's one of my favorite ones, it's absolutely delicious!
